The role:
In collaboration with the Nurse Manager - COVID@homeplus, the Team Leader will:
1. Oversee, coordinate and supervise all aspects of the day-to-day delivery of administrative and clerical functions in the provision of training, coaching and support and escalation for Customer Service Officer staff.
2. Provide input, through operational analysis and recommendations into administrative process improvements that support the management and integration of services for COVID@homeplus.
3. Ensure the continuity and conformity of service delivery standards and new administrative support services processes by monitoring outcomes.
4. Develop, establish and maintain effective communication systems and collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Agency, ensuring the effective and efficient flow of information and high-quality administrative services is provided by the COVID@homeplus team.

Details of Appointment
Permanent, full time day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible.

5. Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time and part time vacancies.
Salary:
$77,213 - $88,851 per annum + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging
Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
6. Salary range is in accordance with Health and Human Services (Tasmanian State Service) Award
