The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to the organisation, staff, and volunteers. Strategic Planning: Implement the 2024-2029 strategic plan that aligns with Livable's mission, vision, and values. Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring effective and efficient service delivery. Financial Management: Ensure the financial health of the organisation through sound financial management and resource allocation. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, families, government agencies, and community partners. Advocacy: Advocate for the needs and rights of individuals supported by Livable, promoting inclusivity and community participation. Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation to continuously improve service delivery and customer experience. Key Selection Criteria: Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the not-for-profit or community services sector. Strong understanding of NDIS, Aged Care, and Family Services. Exceptional strategic planning and implementation skills. Excellent financial management and budgeting skills. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. A commitment to Livable's values of compassion, innovation, integrity, and excellence. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline. Thorough understanding of community/not-for-profit sectors, including key drivers such as relevant legislation, government policy, broad social issues, strategic planning, policy corporate governance and funding frameworks.
