We specialise in designing and manufacturing award winning kitchens, bathrooms and other fitouts. What You’ll Be Doing
The role is integral to the success of our business with a particular focus on excellence in product dispatch and delivery, cabinet and benchtop installation plus customer experience and aftercare. This role will suit a tactical thinker who can proactively embed a high performing culture while focusing on the delivery of exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Product Dispatch and Delivery:
Oversee finished goods to ensure 5s compliance.
Ensure delivery in full on time is achieved.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise dispatch and delivery efficiency.
2. Cabinet and Benchtop Installation:
Support the Install Coordinator to ensure customer install dates are met and work is produced to Spectra Lifestyle quality standards.
Ensure we have adequate personnel site and subcontract staff.
3. Customer Experience/Aftercare:
Mentor the customer experience team to guarantee the development of strong B2B and B2C relationships.
Ensure any client concerns or issues are addressed and resolved promptly.
Ensure site staff adhere to branding and image standards.
Provide feedback and technical support to Pre-Production and Production teams to ensure company wide focus on providing value to the Customer.
Implement and ensure ongoing continuous improvement processes, daily meetings and one to ones in order to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
What Qualifications You Need:
Trade certificate and/or;
Diploma/Bachelor in Business, Applied Science (Construction, Architecture) or similar.
You’ll Be Great In This Role If You Have:
Proven experience in a leadership role within customer service, or client relations.
Strong strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, CRM and ERP systems.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Minimum 5 years working in the design, building and construction industry, preferred.
