1. Conducting regular business activities in person and virtually with Franchisees to coach franchise performance, business planning, and business development.
2. Working closely with each Franchisee to assist with local area marketing, training, recruitment, and retention programs.
3. Implementing best practices, benchmarking, and performance management across the franchise portfolio for achievement of settlement amounts to budget.
4. Providing regular updates on the franchisee portfolio and presenting on franchisee performance.
5. Increasing the footprint of the region by increasing the number of franchises in the region.
6. Developing a pipeline of high-quality prospective new franchisees through both proactive infield recruitment activities and networking with suitable high-quality candidates for potential channel progression.
7. Other responsibilities including coordinating quarterly forums, inducting Aussie Franchisees, and maintaining a two-way communication channel between the Franchisee and Aussie on franchise issues, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
1. Home loan or financial industry sales leadership experience.
2. 5+ years home or commercial lending experience.
3. An adaptable individual with high energy levels to keep up with the pace of change.
4. A self-starter, who is motivated by driving others to succeed.
5. Experience in making strategic decisions and applying creativity to problem-solving.
6. Ability to proactively identify, understand, communicate, and act on current and future risks.
Desirable But Not Essential
1. Proven success working alongside business owners in a business coaching role.
2. Experience in building and maintaining multi-level business relationships as well as managing franchise relationships in an engaging, professional, and diplomatic manner.
