Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including restaurant, room service, bar, and functions.Responsible for the venue's Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).Completing monthly beverage stock take.Mentoring and managing staff.About the Restaurant:A busy environment catering to guests and external reservations.We have 3 function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch, and à la carte dinner.1 main bar open 7 days a week.
