For this role, you will report to the Senior Coordinator and you will be responsible for assessing development applications (DAs), coordinating Council reports for planning panels and evaluating and reporting on fast track DAs. DUTIES. Coordinating Council reports to planning panels Assessing and reporting on fast track DAs Duty Planning and site inspections Liaising with all levels of internal and external customers SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. Bachelor's degree in Urban/Town Planning or related Strong ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Understanding of NSW Planning Legislation/controls Previous experience working for Local Council is preferred CULTURE.
