The Opportunity:
Due to multiple live vacancies and business growth, Techforce are seeking an experienced Recruitment or Mobilisation administrator with excellent administrative skills, sound computer skills and the ability to multitask to join our Trades and Labour division, working alongside Principal Consultants.
Experience within recruitment administration or mobilisation is highly sought after but not essential.
Some duties include:
* Tracking candidates through the recruitment process using Jobadder and excel
* Screening candidate applications
* Posting job ads
* Ensuring candidates are 100% compliant for site
* Aftercare on candidates across the business
* Keeping an active pool of candidates
* Contact candidates chasing tickets, licenses, and forms
This role is key to ensuring our consultants who have to work with tight deadlines to meet clients needs have the support of a strong administrator.
The ideal candidate will have/be experienced with:
* Minimum 2 years experience in administration
* Experience in recruitment/mobilisation is ideal
* Experience with database management systems
* Ability to problem solve and escalate where required
* Display urgency and operate efficiently
* Excellent computer skills and wide variety of programs
* High level of accuracy with data entry
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent priority and time management skills
