Key Responsibilities:

* Support project governance and provide input on SAP-related business cases, ensuring seamless integration between BAU and project work.
* Act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects align with operational needs.
* Work closely with senior leadership, including project sponsors and business owners, to navigate governance structures and ensure smooth project execution.
* Provide critical input on agile transformation, supporting team upskilling and agile ways of working.
* Partner with key vendors and outsourced teams to maintain system performance and resolve issues effectively.
* Oversee the SAP Finance and Payroll landscape, ensuring best practices and compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a senior ICT leadership role, in an organisation with large-scale ERP environments.
* Strong background in finance, payroll, and corporate services systems (SAP experience highly desirable but not essential).
* Ability to engage with key stakeholders and drive outcomes in a complex environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to triage technical issues and manage vendor support effectively.
* Experience working in agile environments, with a passion for driving cultural change and continuous improvement.
* A leader who is empathetic, relatable, and approachable.
* Strong understanding of governance structures, project management principles, and stakeholder alignment.
* Previous experience managing SAP Finance, Payroll, and SuccessFactors environments is highly desirable.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology leader to drive impact in an organization undergoing major transformation.
