About the role selectability is looking for a passionate and motivated Acting Senior Youth Worker to join our Mackay team. Our youth residential program provides accommodation and intensive support to children and young people who have a variety of needs. This is a fulltime fixed term position from 23 December 2024 until 17 January 2025. As a Senior Youth Worker you will coach and mentor a team of Youth Workers in meeting a child or young person’s needs whilst promoting cultural safe and competent practice within the program. You will work in partnership with children, young people, family, and stakeholders in building and delivering cultural strength plans. You will bring a genuine passion and commitment to make a difference in the life of children and young people.
