3. Mail, Banking, Filing
4. General Support
5. Provide Administrative Support to the Team
6. Diary Management
7. Supporting Property Management Department
Ideal Skills/Experience
1. Proven track record in a reception/customer service role
2. Exceptional organisational & prioritisation skills
3. Demonstrated time management ability
4. Good attention to detail & excellent phone manner
5. Great attitude
