About the roleValley Kitchens is seeking a talented and customer-focused Showroom Consultant to join our team in Thornton, NSW. In this part-time role (with the potential of becoming full-time in the near future), you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and design support to our valued customers, helping them to bring their kitchen and joinery renovation dreams to life.
What you'll be doing
Engage with customers in our state-of-the-art showroom, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend customised kitchen solutions
Provide expert advice on the latest kitchen design trends, materials to help customers make informed decisions
Collaborate with the production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish
Admin work
Processing Purchase orders
What we're looking for
Proven track record in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the kitchen industry
Strong design and visualisation skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen to customers and provide tailored solutions
Passion for the kitchen industry, with a keen eye for design and current market trends
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated and driven to achieve individual targets
Part-time Position and 1 x Saturday a month
