About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day running and overall results of this high-performing Pacific Fair location. You will have a true passion for high-quality fashion and design and be confident in creating outfits and building wardrobes for your customers. The key to your success will be your ability to be able to coach and inspire your team to outfit and achieve sales results. The main objective is ALWAYS the customer experience and that will drive your sales and KPI results.
Responsibilities of the role:
* Manage a large team to maximise sales and customer experience
* Motivate the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards
* Coach and mentor the sales team, including ongoing evaluation, development and training with the team
* Manage and process stock and oversee back-of-house operations
* Responsible for the recruitment and selection of great talent into the business
* Build and maintain solid commercial relationships with the wider business
Skills and Experience:
* Previous Management experience in a similar role
* Proven track record in sales, customer service and managing performance
* Strong merchandise and stock management experience
* Excellent team player who enjoys motivating and mentoring the team
* A great communicator who is confident with customers
* Experience outfitting and creating wardrobes
* Sound understanding of fashion and the retail environment, including trends, fashion and competition
* Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change
