ABOUT THE ROLE
Joining us at a time of rapid growth, we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager who can help take our team to new levels of efficiency. This is a part-time role, based in our head office in Beresfield and reporting directly to the General Manager. The role is key in our company, being the link between our management team, our clients, and our amazing cleaners who deliver our services with pride.
Our perfect Bookkeeper/Accounts Manager will be responsible for working with the management team, organizing and coordinating operations and procedures, in a company that fosters teamwork, initiative, and autonomy. This role plays an important part in driving the culture of our team. (A culture we work hard to maintain.) You manage with authenticity, value accountability, and love using your experience to maintain a happy team and create systems and procedures that elevate the office and service delivery to a level of amazing!
Responsibilities include: Payroll Audit Process payroll through XERO Process bills Process super payments Process tax Accounts email, liaise with clients for invoicing Any queries from the GM Process month-end invoicing End of month reporting Daily reconciliations of Xero TO OUR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WE OFFER:
