Optimize Programs: Analyse travel patterns to uncover cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency. Negotiate Contracts: Work with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies to secure the best deals for our clients. Resolve Issues: Swiftly address any travel-related challenges to keep clients' plans on track. Provide Insights: Deliver regular performance reports and recommend strategies for enhancement. Educate Clients: Help clients navigate travel tools and policies for an enhanced experience. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as an Account Manager in corporate travel or a related field. Strong grasp of corporate travel management and booking systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset. Strong analytical skills to inform decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
