Parts Service Support Representative - Underground Mining OEM This is a new role for this global OEM to create better engagement with site-based clients. It is an equal parts site and office role focused on key account management and bookings for internal service and aftermarket businesses. Harry Maxwell has been engaged to conduct an executive search for a Parts Service Support Representative to be the face of the business with its many underground mining clients. Following the first six months focused on servicing existing demand from existing customers, a more strategic approach thereafter will involve audits of equipment onsite by the technical team and conversations around the status of the existing fleet, service plans, critical spares, onsite field service visits, warranty conversations, and reporting to validate the company's position. Reporting to the National Service Manager, the PSSR will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and will be an important connection between clients and operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead onsite meetings with regular site visits and interactions. Attend toolbox talks. Meet with the Purchasing team. Visit Warehouse management. Pick up opportunities for repair work. Meet with the Maintenance Planner. Monthly meetings with Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Coordinator. Develop and deploy customised after-sales support for equipment. Track revenue growth from customers, reflecting successful upselling and cross-selling. Respond to technical inquiries. Designated point of contact for parts warehouse liaison. Process and submit warranty claim documentation following manufacturing guidelines. Liaising with stakeholders regarding maintenance outages. Collaborating with sales and support team to ensure client satisfaction. About You: 10+ years of equipment site sales experience in mining or civil industries. Trade or mining background or qualification in Sales/Business (desirable). Proven track record of results, customer satisfaction, and exceeding sales goals. (In the absence of a formal qualification, 10+ years of demonstrable experience in a similar position will be sufficient). Account Management experience.
