The role provides administrative support to a team of Partners and Lawyers in the Workers' Compensation, Liability, CTP, and Recoveries practice areas.
This is a fast-paced role and is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly team in a positive and rewarding environment.
You will be responsible for:
Assisting in the preparations of court documents and correspondence;Managing client file maintenance for the team;Drafting and saving of documentation as required;Preparation of monthly billing;Basic researching for the team; andOther ad-hoc administration duties as required.About you We are keen to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience:
A minimum of three years' experience in a busy insurance litigation practice;Experience with billing;Highly organised with strong attention to detail;Excellent communication skills;A strong ability to prioritise and meet deadlines; andExperience with Filesite and Aderant preferred but not required.About us Hall & Wilcox is a leading independent Australian law firm.
