MJD Recruitment is excited to partner with a highly regarded company in the Financial Services sector, seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide support to multiple senior executives. If you're someone with Financial industry experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle tight deadlines with ease, this role could be for you!Key Responsibilities: Handle confidential admin tasks and resolve routine inquiries. Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements. Assist with meeting and event planning, including logistics and materials. Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, and take minutes. Support special projects across teams. Prepare reports and process expenses. Other ad hoc administrative duties. About You: 3+ years' experience in Financial Services or a similarly dynamic industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organisational abilities. Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritise high-volume workloads. A warm, approachable personality, thriving in team environments and building strong interpersonal relationships. Proactive, with the confidence to speak up when needed. Proficient in MS Office, with experience in Concur being an advantage.
