As a teaching-focused academic, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching to both undergraduate and postgraduate students through face-to-face and online modalities. Given that a significant portion of the School's teaching is conducted online within a supportive pedagogical framework, applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the use of digital technologies and show a willingness to adapt to emerging software platforms, particularly those used in the delivery of online education. The successful candidate will contribute positively to the collaborative and innovative culture of the UNE Business School, support the achievement of its strategic goals, and actively enhance the reputation of the School, Faculty, and University. About you To be successful in this role, you will have a PhD in Marketing or business-related disciplines, an emerging or established research program in a relevant area, and a track record of high-quality publications. You will also have a proven ability to deliver innovative, research-led, applied, and engaging educational experiences, taking a collaborative approach in multi- and interdisciplinary settings. About the School The UNE Business School comprises subject disciplines including Accounting and Finance, Agribusiness and Economics, and Marketing and Management.
