This is a full-time role, with the successful candidate providing security services at a prestigious retail location in the heart of the city.
As a security guard, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of customers, staff and the premises.What you'll be doingProviding a visible security presence to deter and respond to any incidents or threatsMonitoring the premises and access points to identify and address any potential security risksConducting regular patrols and inspections of the retail spaceResponding promptly and professionally to any security-related emergencies or incidentsMaintaining detailed records and logs of all security-related activities and eventsLiaising with retail staff, customers and other stakeholders to address any security concernsAdhering to all relevant security protocols, procedures and applicable legislationWhat we're looking forExperience in a similar security guard role, preferably in a high-end retail or commercial settingA current Security License and relevant training certificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of stakeholdersExcellent observation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situationsA commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and secure environmentFlexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidaysWhat we offerAt MA Services Group, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and supportive work environment.
