Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Maintenance Plans: You will be responsible for creating and implementing maintenance programs focused on the upkeep of roads and drainage systems, ensuring reliability and safety. Asset Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analysing data from infrastructure assets will be crucial to guide maintenance decisions and optimise operational efficiency. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of maintenance tasks, ensuring services are delivered seamlessly. Project Oversight: You will manage projects by ensuring they stay on schedule, within budget, and meet required quality standards. Technical Leadership: Providing guidance and technical support to your team will be a key aspect of this role, ensuring all maintenance activities follow best practices and standards. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering RPEQ Certification: Either already a Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) or able to obtain it within 12 months.
