As an Orthopaedic Registrar, you will play a key role in providing expert care to orthopaedic surgical inpatients and outpatients. Under the supervision of Orthopaedic Specialists, your responsibilities will include:
* Assessing and managing orthopaedic patients in wards, emergency, ICU, and outpatient clinics
* Assisting in surgical procedures and attending daily ward rounds
* Supervising and providing leadership to junior medical staff
* Ensuring effective patient treatment, referrals, and discharge planning
* Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with medical teams

The Hospital:
172 bed, modern facility, and tertiary teaching hospital. The hospital assists a catchment population of up to 100,000 and provides several Acute Services including Emergency, General Medicine and Surgery, Intensive Care, Mental Health and Paediatrics.
Key Requirements:
* PGY2 or above with general registration (or ability to obtain) with AHPRA
* AMC Clinical 1 and 2 completion (or working towards)
* Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
