Drive in Drive out roster (local residents only) - 5 days on, 2 days off. Fly in Fly out roster (Queensland based residents) – 10 days on, 4 days off. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide critical engineering expertise to support all phases of this renewable energy project, from planning to successful project completion. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met safely, on time, and within budget.RESPONSIBILITIESManage engineering aspects of the wind farm project, including site development, heavy earthworks, and construction activities.Oversee planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities in alignment with project goals and timelines.Implement and ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards.Monitor project progress, manage resources, and conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.Communicate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and clients to maintain smooth project operations and resolve any project-related issues.Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and support contract administration activities.ABOUT YOUBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.Proven experience as a Project Engineer on large-scale civil, heavy earthworks, or greenfield projects (renewable energy or wind farm development experience highly regarded).Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction processes and health, safety, and environmental standards.Proficient in project scheduling software and engineering design tools.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.WHAT WE OFFERRemuneration - Competitive salary + company benefits including Paid Parental Leave, External Study Financial Assistance, Salary Sacrifice Superannuation, Novated Leasing, Employee Assistance Program, Corporate Discounts and Industry Memberships.Job Security - This is a permanent, full-time position.
