About the Role
As the Administration Manager, you will be a key part of the shopping centre's management team, ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Managing tenancy accounts: issuing invoices, reconciling accounts, and tracking arrears.
* Collaborating with the Centre Manager on lease administration, tenant liaison, and financial reporting.
* Maintaining high standards in trust accounting, compliance, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
* Issue monthly invoices for rent, electricity, and other charges, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Maintain tenant records, bank guarantees, and security deposits.
* Assist with lease documentation, arrears follow-ups, and financial reporting to stakeholders.
* Support reception duties and maintain quality standards for all administrative processes.
* Ensure compliance with trust accounting principles and workplace health and safety standards.
