As a Payroll Officer, you are responsible for accurately processing the fortnightly or monthly pay run while ensuring that all processes are performed in line with company and statutory policies.On offer is a full-time permanent role, working Monday to Friday.More Specifically you will:Process fortnightly pay run for around 1500 employees accurately and on time.Complete pre payroll process checks and following up with P&C Ops for missing new starter data.Complete Leave Reconciliations as needed.Paid Parental Leave (GC and Government PPL).GC Purchased Leave Program.Maintain employee records – emails saved on employee files for auditing purposes.Set up and monitor novated lease deductions.
