This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by laying the groundwork for a compliant, efficient, and client-centered organization. What You’ll DoEstablish and organize key operational documents, policies, and procedures in line with NDIS guidelines.Set up systems for record-keeping, reporting, and compliance tracking.Serve as the first point of contact for clients, families, and staff, providing clear and supportive communication.Coordinate meetings, staff schedules, and appointments to ensure smooth operations.Manage invoicing, payments, and financial records related to NDIS billing.Work closely with management to implement efficient office processes and identify areas for improvement. What We’re Looking ForProven experience in administrative roles, preferably with NDIS exposure.A deep understanding of the NDIS framework, guidelines, and compliance requirements.Strong organizational skills with the ability to set up and manage systems from scratch.High attention to detail, especially in documentation and reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with client management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
