With a focus on sustainability and innovation, they aims to deliver high-quality solutions that improve processes and support environmental efforts As the Financial Administrator your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations within SAP, including invoice processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded in the SAP system, following company policies and accounting standards. Utilize SAP to generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other ad-hoc financial data as needed by the finance team or management Assist with Post Goods Issue, check dispatch quantities, and create customer invoices. Handle customer inquiries about invoices, deliveries, accounts, and manage toll blend accounts and reports. Update vendor details, create Purchase Orders in SAP, and manage the Purchase Order process and payments. Process Goods Receipting for indirect purchases and perform GR/IR reconciliation, including month-end stocktakes. Enter freight rates and routes into SAP, check and reconcile freight invoices, resolve discrepancies, prevent over-payments, and manage rate changes. Work with Shared Services on payment processes and follow up on carrier questions.
