In addition, identifying, escalating and managing issues through to resolution.Fulltime, Part Time and Casual positions availableWork onsite in Victorian school environment as a technical specialist - schools located across VictoriaWork autonomously with a strong mentoring programResponsibilitiesServer and Network administrationDemonstrated networking knowledge, including but not limited to: VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP servicesExperience in virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V and/or CitrixHands-on configuration and troubleshooting of hardware like servers, firewalls, switches and wireless infrastructure is an advantageInterpersonal skills & ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders at all levelsGeneral computer hardware and software supportActive Directory and Group Policy management and administration skillsService Desk and end user device supportBYOD management and supportCloud MDM Management and ConfigurationData Protection & Disaster recoveryOnsite/Cloud deployment including but not limited to Windows, Apple and Chrome OSTechnical document writing including instructional and training materials for leadership and usersStrategic ICT planning with school leadershipMaintenance of ICT network documentationMinimum Qualifications:Tertiary education desirable (Cert 4 in IT Systems Administration or similar preferable)Certification in relevant technologies (eg. vCloud, MCSA, CompTIA)Previous ICT/Helpdesk experience within schools highly desirableIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
