We are now a team of 35 consultants across the 3 states, with world-class marketing, training and back office support staff to boot, and we are on the lookout for an epic Account Manager to further develop our client base in Brisbane after 2 incredible years of growth in the market.
Who we are looking for Based in our energy-filled Brisbane office, as Account Manager your role is to research, win, develop and retain a portfolio of clients who utilise the support of labour hire and trades contractors.
This is a hands-on and fast-paced position where you will be responsible for building and retaining a commercially rewarding portfolio of clients through outstanding relationship development and managing each recruitment process to a high standard.
Living by the JV Values and working closely with the wider labour hire division, your role is integral in positioning the business as a market leader within our field.
Your role will be to: Own a strategic and targeted sales plan for your desk that leads to winning new accounts and converting new business opportunities Take a commercial and proactive approach to understanding your industry sector and client/candidate base, and attend events and develop content to add value above and beyond your role of recruitment Negotiate strong terms of business for the financial health of the business Develop a presence on LinkedIn that generates new client connections, conversations, opportunities and referrals Develop account management plans for key clients that focus on building and maintaining strong relationships and adding value to expand and retain your client base Schedule quarterly face to face meetings with existing clients, to ensure strong relationship development, build personal rapport and manage OH&S standards on site Your experience: Keeping it simple, you will need proven sales/account management experience, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service within an agency environment or alternatively the construction/build industry.
