We are recruiting a Coordinator on a full-time basis, 38 hours per week to join our team at YMCA Upper Mount Gravatt Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Service.
As the OSHC Coordinator you will be responsible for:
* The development of quality programs
* Manage the day-to-day running of the programs
* Coordinate staffing and rostering
* Ensure compliance with policy
* Undertake administrative requirements
* Work collaboratively with families and the school community
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Completed a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum - Diploma of Children's Services)
* Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A valid First Aid and CPR certification, or the willingness to obtain them
* A current Blue Card, or the willingness to obtain one
YMCA Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services care for children before school, after school and during holidays across 50+ school sites throughout South East Queensland.
