Part-Time Retail Assistant
people2people are excited to be partnering with a well-established and dynamic retail brand, seeking an energetic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional face-to-face customer service and driving sales.
The position is currently for someone who would be available for 2 shifts per week, around 12 hours, as well as filling in where possible and mall coverage during sales periods.
Main location is Doncaster but also looking for someone who can travel to stores in Glen Waverly and Chadstone when required.
General days of coverage are Thursday to Monday.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, personalised service to customers, ensuring a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.
Assist customers with product inquiries, offer recommendations, and provide product knowledge.
Proactively drive sales, meeting or exceeding store targets.
Maintain store presentation and ensure stock levels are adequately managed.
Work independently and confidently within the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in face-to-face retail or customer service is essential.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work autonomously to drive sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
A team player who is also capable of working independently.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organised store environment.
