You'll be expected to step in and make an impact quickly, using your experience and knowledge to support children's development and contribute to the smooth running of each setting.Key Responsibilities:Support Children's Learning & Development: Assist in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities for children aged 0-5, in line with the EYFS framework.Work Across Multiple Settings: Be flexible and adapt to different environments, supporting teams across various settings throughout the week.Safeguarding & Well-being: Ensure the safety, well-being, and welfare of all children in your care, adhering to up-to-date safeguarding policies.Collaborate with Teams: Work as part of a team of Early Years professionals to create a positive and supportive learning environment.Nurture and Care: Provide emotional support and encouragement, fostering a warm, welcoming atmosphere in every setting. Essential Criteria:Experience: You must have experience working with children in Early Years settings, preferably with children aged 0-5 years.Qualifications: While we welcome unqualified but experienced candidates, you should have at least Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or equivalent).Knowledge of the EYFS: A sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and how to implement it.Passion for Early Years: A genuine passion for working with young children, ensuring that they are at the heart of everything you do.Safeguarding & First Aid: Ideally, you will be First Aid trained and have up-to-date safeguarding training.Bubbly & Nurturing Personality: A friendly, approachable, and nurturing attitude with a natural ability to build relationships with children and staff.
