Responsibilities include:
1. Assisting the Project Team in completing works in accordance with the contract documentation and their standards and procedures.
2. Supporting the Project Team in planning and managing project deliverables to ensure all project requirements are met.
3. Monitoring project progress, costs, safety, and QA/QC procedures.
4. Maintaining document control registers and ensuring the availability of current copies of the quality system.
5. Assisting in the award of contracts by drafting scope of work, work methodology, inspection and test plans, safety, and environmental plans.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
6. A Bachelor of Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by Engineers Australia.
7. A minimum of 2-3 years local experience in the construction and engineering industry (experience in civil contracting is highly desirable).
8. Solid technical engineering knowledge and understanding.
9. Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
10. Proficiency in computer literacy.
11. Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
12. Personal accountability.
13. Awareness and understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and practices.
