Based in our Murgon Office - join our state-wide Through Care Team. Full-time role with a direct focus on adult male clients considered to be of a high-risk of reoffending for domestic and family violence offences. Deliver intensive and high-quality casework to a discrete number of targeted adult male prisoners (both pre and post release); Work collaboratively with correctional facility staff, specialist advocates and other stakeholders; Provide specialist referral pathways to adult male clients and their families, and in many contexts, their communities; Flexible working hours and rewarding social justice work; Generous salary sacrificing options. About you: Offer your experience with a Degree in Social Work or Behavioural Sciences from a recognised tertiary institution (or a minimum five (5) years' demonstrated work experience with equivalent competencies relating to the case management of clients in the Criminal Justice System); Demonstrate your professional familiarity with the Criminal Justice System; Must hold a current Drivers Licence, have a reliable driving history and be willing to drive for work (essential); Experience working with clients in our network is highly regarded as are qualifications, research or current studies related to trauma-informed practice with males.
