As a Trainer & Assessor at Zeal Futures, you will:
Deliver engaging and informative RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) training sessions. Create and deliver interactive training materials. Assess students' competency and provide constructive feedback. Maintain up-to-date training materials and industry knowledge. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, guiding students to achieve successful learning outcomes. Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher. Current qualification and experience as an RSA & RCG trainer. In-depth knowledge of RSA & RCG regulations. Current Driver Licence. Strong communication and presentation skills. Patient and approachable teaching style. Passion for imparting knowledge and helping individuals succeed. Strong computer skills and experience using Microsoft Suite programs and Office 365. Experience delivering training to students with barriers to education and training will be highly regarded.
