Position Summary:
* Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for managing the planning and execution of HR activities, programs and initiatives
* Showcase your inner creativity through the managing and facilitation of new associate programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders
* Go above and beyond, managing all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements
* Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the wider Human Resources Team
* Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for our associates as they are our most important assets
* Strategically create the hotel’s talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs
* Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position and manage employee relations as required
* Ensure you and the team maintain employee files containing required employment records, focusing on attention to detail
* Manage Workers Compensation to ensure appropriate employee care and a focus on Return to Work
* Build collaborative relationships to drive positive workplace culture with a strong focus on associate growth and development
About You:
* Minimum two years relevant experience in a Human Resources role
* Strong knowledge in employment law
* Working rights in Australia (mandatory)
* Enthusiastic to escalate your career
* Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
* Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude
