THE OPPORTUNITYAs the Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical, you will be accountable for leading, managing and supporting the Maintenance – Electrical Workgroup to ensure efficient maintenance that meets daily production, maintenance and business targets, safely and productively within budget.This is achieved by setting standards, promoting initiatives, managing compliance and efficiently coordinating the activities of your maintenance workgroup.This role is required to be the primary out of hours contact for plant issues surrounding electrical works and to manage out of normal hours maintenance call-outs.This position may require travel to other CS Energy locations, or interstate and intrastate as required.This is a permanent, full time position at Kogan Creek Power Station.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will: Electrical Maintenance qualifications and recognised Electrical Trade Certificate.Front-line management qualifications preferred.Strong understanding of Asset Management principles.5 years' experience in heavy industry, preferably in power generation.Experience in service delivery, cost management, and prioritizing multiple tasks.Supervision experience in heavy industry, ideally power generation.Skilled in work planning, prioritization, and CMMS.Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP; excellent communication (written and verbal).Knowledge of power station plant/process fundamentals, electrical legislation, and safety standards.Familiar with Permit To Work Systems, High Voltage Isolation, and Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas.
