About the Role
This is a pivotal role in driving revenue and profitability while working in a dynamic and supportive team environment. Based in Sydney, this hybrid role reports to the General Manager of Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
* Vendor Strategy, Management & Execution: Develop and manage business plans for our strategic alliance partners, driving growth and innovation.
* Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with key stakeholders in our partner network, ensuring our alliances are built on trust and mutual success.
* Drive Value: Ensure business plans are executed flawlessly, creating win-win situations for all involved.
* Explore New Horizons: Identify and advise on potential new partnerships and alliances that align with our vision.
* Seal the Deal: Oversee contract management, keeping agreements up-to-date and negotiating the best terms.
* Boost Revenue: Maximize indirect revenue through back-end rebates, cost offsets, and Marketing Development Funds (MDF).
* Stay on Top: Provide detailed management reporting on key metrics and initiatives.
Sales Enablement
* Empower Our Team: Develop and implement a top-notch product education strategy, including vendor and internal training sessions, certification requirements, and roadmaps.
* Incentivize Success: Manage partner programs like rebates, SPIFFs, and training offers to motivate our sales force.
* Ensure Excellence: Work with delivery and technical teams to manage vendor technical certification and partner levels, ensuring compliance and optimal technical resourcing.
Demand Generation
* Ignite Demand: Collaborate with vendors and marketing to define and drive key demand generation initiatives.
* Seize Opportunities: Identify and leverage key vendor programs to generate leads and opportunities.
* Create Impact: Partner with marketing to develop and launch compelling collateral and assets for the sales team.
About You
We're looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for technology and a knack for building strong partnerships. The ideal person for this role has thrived in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting and brings previous experience as a Microsoft Partner Manager.
With a minimum of three years in the industry, you've proven your ability to negotiate contracts and achieve favorable outcomes. Your entrepreneurial spirit and keen attention to detail will be crucial as you develop innovative strategies and maintain comprehensive management reports.
