Regardless you will be a dynamic retail leader who thrives on being hands-on in-store, working closely with teams to boost sales and elevate the customer experience Please Note: This Role is for 12 Months on a Fixed Term Contract What You'll Be Looking After: Collaborate with your Store Managers to create effective plans to achieve budgets, KPIs and elevate the customer experience when visiting stores. Oversee visual merchandising directives across the locations, ensuring they are aligned to the customer. Review internal processes to identify areas for improvement when it comes to retail operations and efficiencies. Support hiring, onboarding and training of new and current employees to create an engaging and motivating working environment for teams. Drive business strategies and operations at a senior level to bring the brands long term goals to life. The Experience Checklist: Proactive & collaborative by nature, you connect and support your teams by getting involved on the shopfloor and back of house when you visit. 1 years experience in a multi-site (4 Stores minimum ) /area manager role within a high volume fashion environment. Experience managing and creating multiple rosters, allocation of wages budgets and ability to dissect important information from sales performance & KPI reports to identify opportunities for more development and growth. A current valid driver's license and vehicle to fulfill travel requirements to stores across Sydney and up the North Coast. What's Next?
