SAP Application Specialist - Sourcing and ProcurementAbout Toll Group At Toll, we do more than just logistics - we move the businesses that move the world.Our 16,000 team members can help solve any logistics, transport, or supply chain challenge – big or small.We have been supporting our customers for more than 130 years.Today, we support more than 20,000 customers worldwide with 500 sites in 27 markets, and a forwarding network spanning 150 countries.We are proudly part of Japan Post — www.tollgroup.comThe Role Our Toll G&D are seeking experienced and customer-focused SAP Application Specialist – Sourcing and Procurement to join our dynamic IT team.You will be accountable for internal project delivery and application support of Toll G&D's S/4HANA system, specialising in SD and MM modules.To be successful as a SAP Application Specialist – Sourcing and Procurement you will need to: Resolve incidents and service requests raised by system usersParticipate in solution design and delivery of projectsManage change requests for system configuration, continuous improvements and enhancementsUpdate business processes and system design during deployment of change requestsTranslate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for system workflows, reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements and forms (WRICEFS)Review and deploy support packs and version upgradesManage data collection, mapping, conversion and migrationAnalyse financial data to provide business insightsPropose solutions and strategies to address business challengesCollaborate across SAP, development and engineering teams and business stakeholders to ensure customer requirements and business impacts are considered when considering system changesConduct system troubleshooting, unit, system integration and regression testingFacilitate User Acceptance Testing and Pre-Production TestingCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure that customer and business impact is considered while delivering all projects or programmes of work.Comply with all Toll policies and procedures, including project management, risk management and security.About You: 5+ years of experience in SAP SD and MM modules, previous experience working with S/4HANAStrong system design, configuration and business analysis skillsGood communication skills with all levels of the IT and business organisationExperience in both a support & project environment.Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external vendorsMotivated and proactive in problem-solving and innovative in process improvementGood understanding of sales and management reporting in Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-CashUnderstanding of operational expectations from data analysisAbility to anticipate issues, escalations and mitigate proactivelyYou must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical. #J-18808-Ljbffr
