In this role, you’ll drive culinary excellence across a range of premium events, from intimate gatherings to large-scale productions. You will oversee the full kitchen operation, lead and mentor a skilled brigade, and collaborate on innovative menu concepts tailored to a wide variety of functions. From menu development and execution to production scheduling and team leadership, you’ll set the tone for exceptional quality and consistency across all our catering and events. About the Ideal Candidate: At least 5 years of senior kitchen experience, including 2 years as a Head Chef. Proven success in large-scale event catering or high-volume production environments. Strong leadership with the ability to inspire and develop your team. Passion for innovation and ability to design high-impact, flavour-driven menus. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Deep knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene practices and compliance. Collaborative energy and a solutions-focused mindset.
