The role requires a creative Early Childhood Teacher to work as an active team member in providing high quality education and care. This is a great opportunity for early childhood professionals who are passionate about the early years and would like to be involved with a supportive professional team.
This is a 5 day per week opportunity where you will be working in the kindergarten room for 4 year olds. The main ECT also has a special arrangement for the accrual of “Teachers Leave”, where you work full-time 40 hours per week so you accrue additional hours for the “Teachers Leave”.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community
* Lead and mentor a team of educators to achieve excellence in practice
* Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment
* Regularly assess and document children’s development to inform learning strategies
About You:
* Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
* Current First Aid certificate
* Current Blue Card
* A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous learning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in leading or mentoring teams is highly desirable
