Skills & Experience:Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar roleCert III or Cert IV in Commercial Cookery is desirablePrevious experience in a similar sized kitchen operation (ability to serve up to 400 customers at any time)Essential Requirements:Display passion for the food industryWork well in a team environment and be able to communicate effectively with other team membersTime management and organisational skillsDuties & Responsibilities:Help plan and develop menusEstimate food and labour costingsMonitor quality of all dishesFood preparation and portioningTraining of other kitchen staff membersWe continually strive to implement and provide a positive workplace culture and company morale.
