About the role We are seeking a Systems and Reporting Specialist to manage the operation of clinical information systems, analyse data to identify clinical risks, and provide clear and actionable insights for our care homes. Reporting to the Program Manager - Clinical Practice, Projects and Systems, the successful candidate will also contribute to internal compliance and support organisational initiatives. Key Activities: Ensure the effective operation of clinical information systems and escalate issues as needed for resolution. Identify gaps in clinical documentation and recommend solutions, including training facilitation. Contribute, with key stakeholders, the development of key reports to support decision making and drive improved resident outcomes. Collaborate with operations teams, IS teams, and software vendors to enhance system efficiency. Develop reports and dashboards that highlight key indicators for various stakeholders. Cleanse and validate data for submission to government departments. Support updates and enhancements to the clinical information system to align with changing legislation and standards. About you Proven experience in managing clinical information systems Strong data analysis and reporting skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Experience working with various stakeholders such as clinical teams and operations management Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in a clinical setting Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Importantly, you will mirror our values of Be Kind; Listen; Be Curious; Always safe; and Always together in all aspects of your work.
