We are currently searching for a highly motivated, organized and energetic Accounts Payable Officer to join our team, reporting to our Accounting Manager and based at our Head Office site in Kingston.
The Role RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitoring and actioning incoming invoices via email Accounts payable data entry across a range of our suppliersReconciliation of supplier statementsCommunicating effectively with suppliers and other departments to resolve any pricing issues or variations Process weekly and monthly direct supplier payment runsOrdering of stationery for the Company Answer phones and assist with general enquiriesGeneral filing and scanning Other ad hoc duties as required by the Accounting Manager YOU WILL POSSESS: Strong attention to detailAble to be multi skilled across different areas of AP Intermediate skills on Microsoft Office suite Excellent customer service skillsGood written and verbal communication skills Ability to problem solveExperience in a similar role will be highly regardedRemuneration to be in line with skills & experienceAt Clennett's Mitre 10, we are proud of our family heritage as well as our team culture.
