Project Manager Role
You will be joining the team as a project manager, taking on a lead role on projects and working closely with directors and the wider team. Responsibilities
* Develop project plans and timelines, including objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
* Manage project teams and coordinate efforts to ensure timely completion.
* Communicate with clients to understand needs and objectives, ensuring project expectations are met.
* Manage project budgets and financials, tracking costs and managing finances.
* Identify and manage project risks, developing risk management plans.
* Manage project change requests, implementing changes efficiently.
* Coordinate testing and quality assurance activities.
* Lead project closeout activities, finalizing deliverables and documenting results.
* Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members, ensuring necessary skills and resources.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience delivering building projects, preferably in residential or commercial sectors. A background in contract administration, project engineering, client-side consultancies, or construction is ideal. Assistant project managers ready to take their first steps into project management are also suitable candidates.
