Temporary Full time opportunity to provide oversight and coordination of all Supply and Delivery services in the designated facility within The Prince Charles Hospital to ensure the services are efficient and meet the needs of the hospital service.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
Fulfil the accountabilities and responsibilities of this role in accordance with The Prince Charles Hospitals purpose and objectives, as outlined below. Manage the Inventory Management System (Imprest) at The Prince Charles Hospital Facility by providing contract management and coordination of outsourced service providers utilising performance measures to ensure the service is provided effectively and efficiently and meets the needs of the facility. Perform and manage SLOC Reviews within TPCH departments using SAP S/4Hana to maintain the data environment and improve system utilisation. This includes the analysis of processes, stock levels and usage and presenting recommendation for implementation to the customer and financial delegate. Compile and maintain material requirements planning (MRP) data, extension of materials to storage locations, changing storage location data and performing barcode maintenance to ensure the integrity of the stock holding environment.
