Job Description
o Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, Teams, and chat.
o Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT issues (password resets, account creation, etc.).
o Log, track, and update incidents and service requests.
o Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support
The Successful Applicant
o 1-2 years in a service desk or IT support role.
o Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
o Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
o Experience with ticket management (e.g., Servicenow).
o Knowledge of active directory is a plus!
