Sub Floor Supervisor - Summit South WestSummit Homes Group is seeking an experienced Sub-Floor Construction Supervisor to oversee the critical preparation stages for concrete slabs across our residential projects.
This role ensures every home starts with a precise, well-executed foundation.
Working closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will coordinate site works, ensure compliance with engineering specifications, and maintain project timelines.
Your ability to problem-solve on-site, manage multiple builds, and uphold the highest quality and safety standards will be key to maintaining Summit's reputation for excellence.

About You You have experience in the construction industry and a passion for growth and success.
A background in concreting, earthworks, or pre-lay plumbing in residential construction will be highly regarded, though we are also keen to hear from candidates with general construction experience and a strong desire to learn and develop.
Your success in this role will be driven by your reliability, initiative, and ability to perform under pressure.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, allowing you to work effectively with trades, engineers, and project teams.
A current C Class licence is required, and trade qualifications or a Diploma of Building and Construction will be highly valued.
