$191,958 package includes salary ($170,090), employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
This position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of change management to successfully adopt and embed changes and address impacts relating to implementing the change.
This role is also responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to address issues affecting project continuity ensuring project capability and momentum are maintained.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have detailed knowledge of change management methodologies and proven experience delivering large-scale organisational change initiatives.
Your ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and develop, maintain and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders will be key to your success.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities are essential as is the ability to respond in a flexible and agile way to changing timelines and requirements.
Ideally, you have worked on large-scale change management programs in an enterprise or government agency.
Change management experience within Infrastructure delivery / Asset management settings and teams will be highly regarded.
