The Marketing Operations Manager is a key member of the Client Marketing team. This role is the technical lead for day-to-day operations for lead generation, event campaigning, Customer Lifecycle Management, and Martech capabilities within a B2B market. This role is integral in order to drive efficiencies in strategy, implementation, and reporting, while achieving division revenue targets and performance metrics.Reporting to the Head of Customer Lifecycle Marketing, this is a hands-on role that spans both traditional and digital media. This role will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and visibility of our diverse brand portfolio.Full time, permanent position based in our Surry Hills office. Flexible working is available with 2 days WFH.Key Responsibilities:Design and configure end-to-end customer journeys and targeted multi-channel campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty.Lead large scale projects critical to Client Partnerships strategic objectives ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.Collaborate across teams to execute multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, website, events) and assist teams with best practice execution.Monitor campaign performance, providing engagement insights and recommendations for optimisation.Manage multiple projects, track and report on marketing performance, spend, and ROI.Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities and emerging technologies complementary to the internal ecosystem.Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.Maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and present actionable insights.Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure brand and regulatory compliance.
